We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused high level Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of our career documents web portals such as Resume-Now.com. These career document portals are the cornerstone of our job seeker ecosystem, providing users with intelligent tools to create, analyze, score, and improve their resumes and career documents across thousands of criteria to maximize job matching and hiring success.
ABOUT THIS POSITION
As the Senior Product Manager, Feedback and Score Platform, you will own the full product lifecycle—from ideation and roadmap development to go-to-market execution and continuous improvement—ensuring our users have the most effective and personalized tools available to easily build, optimize, customize, and personalize their resumes for any career need. You will be working cross-departmentally to develop, launch, and test new capabilities, that you will then be responsible for rolling out across a large global company across many web and mobile properties. This is a key, high-impact role for BOLD.

The Now Brand team works across multiple web properties centered around job documentation such as resume and cover letter building. Working with our internal AI team we build and deliver core services such as the Resume Feedback and Scoring Platform across the BOLD ecosystem and beyond. Our mission is to provide the best-in-class job and career services for our customers via personalized and contextualized experiences that drive the best outcomes for our customers and long term value for our brand.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and drive the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for multiple complex product lines or platforms, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals and long-term user needs.
- Define and lead a multi-year global product roadmap spanning web, mobile, and AI-powered experiences, influencing investment decisions and resourcing across departments.
- Champion product excellence by setting high standards for discovery, design, delivery, and iteration — driving business outcomes and user value through scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Lead large, cross-functional product squads with engineering, design, data science, AI, and research partners to deliver breakthrough features and capabilities at speed and scale.
- Design and execute robust experimentation programs (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing) to optimize customer journeys and validate hypotheses.
- Establish and maintain a rigorous prioritization framework that balances strategic business impact, technical feasibility, and user insight across competing initiatives.
- Define and own product KPIs and health metrics, leveraging deep analytics, voice of customer (VoC), and qualitative research to inform iterative development.
- Lead product go-to-market (GTM) strategies in partnership with business development, marketing, customer success, and operations, ensuring cohesive, high-impact product launches.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, regularly reporting product performance, roadmap progress, and key risks or dependencies.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to scaling product management best practices across the organization.
- Anticipate market trends, emerging technologies (especially AI, ML, and NLP), and evolving customer needs to identify and shape net-new product opportunities.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner across the organization, connecting the dots between customer problems, technical innovation, and business outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives across complex ecosystems (SaaS, enterprise, or platform-based products).
- Demonstrated experience owning cross-functional strategies and shipping major products at scale, with global considerations.
- Deep expertise in experimentation and optimization, with hands-on experience designing, analyzing, and acting on A/B and multivariate tests.
- Strong ability to synthesize insights from data, user research, and market intelligence to inform product vision and decision-making.
- Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around strategic priorities.
- Experience with agile methodologies, modern product development tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Looker, Mixpanel), and experimentation frameworks (e.g., Build-Measure-Learn).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance rapid execution and long-term innovation.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging directly with senior leadership and external partners.
- Ability to mentor and coach junior PMs, fostering a culture of product excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience leading globally distributed product teams and launching products across multiple international markets.
- Familiarity with generative and evaluative research methods, including jobs-to-be-done (JTBD), ethnographic studies, and usability testing.
- Hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering and productizing machine learning or NLP-based features.
- Domain expertise in career development, HR technology, or talent marketplaces.
- Familiarity with privacy, accessibility, and security considerations for enterprise-grade products.

Starting pay range
Pay Transparency
Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change.
