As a Senior Product Manager II at Bold.pro, you will own the full product lifecycle—from ideation and roadmap development to go-to-market execution and continuous improvement—ensuring our users have the most effective and personalized tools available to easily build their professional profiles, network, and access career opportunities. You will be working cross-departmentally to develop, launch, and test new capabilities, and then roll them out across our web and mobile platforms. This is a key, high-impact role for BOLD.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Product Vision & Strategy
- Own and drive the end-to-end product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and long-term user needs.

Define and maintain annual and quarterly product roadmaps spanning web, mobile, and native app experiences.

Assess and anticipate market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to guide product direction.
Research & Insights

Lead user research, usability studies, and market analysis to uncover opportunities and inform decisions.

Translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into actionable product requirements.

Partner with Analytics, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and User Research teams to ensure alignment.
Execution & Delivery

Translate strategy into clear requirements, priorities, and feature specifications.

Drive planning, design, and delivery of new features and enhancements with cross-functional teams.

Ensure consistent, high-quality product experiences across all platforms.
Measurement & Optimization

Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to measure success.

Design, run, and evaluate experiments (including A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and optimize user experience.

Continuously iterate on product features based on data, feedback, and performance outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 4+ years of Product Management experience with a consumer-facing product, preferably in professional networking or B2C platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategy, product planning, development, and delivery of high-quality products.
- Possess a solid understanding of technology stacks and level of effort involved in order to make the right decisions.
- Integrate usability and research to develop product features.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Excellent collaboration and team-building skills. History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Demonstrated success in taking a data-driven approach and delivering impactful business results.
- Knowledge of A/B test design and interpretation.
- Ability to construct, interpret, and act upon quantitative metrics.
- Determination to iteratively build and optimize products to achieve user and business goals.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex insights.
WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technology-related field.
- Experience with a subscription-based B2C product.
- Experience with products in the jobs/job search or professional networking space.
- Experience working remotely with global teams across a variety of time zones.
- Knowledge of the jobs industry, remote work, flexible employment options, and understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Pay Range
19 000 - 22 500 PLN gross, Employment Agreement (Umowa o Pracę)

This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
