With a background in neurocognitive psychology and human-computer interaction, and professional experience in UX design and product management, I am well-equipped to dive deep into uncovering what people at all stages of their professional journeys truly need.

My goal is to ensure that every feature or improvement genuinely helps users craft resumes that open doors to the jobs they want.

In my free time, you’ll find me playing the drums, walking in the forest, or traveling with my loved ones (and our dogs).

I’m a mixed-methods UX researcher with a strong foundation in both qualitative methodologies and statistical analysis. My journey began in behavioral finance and led me to a PhD in the sociology of telemedicine. In my day-to-day work, I bring all these different approaches and methodologies to better listen to our users’ needs.

At BOLD, I draw from this pool of diverse research backgrounds to uncover what truly matters to our users. This supports our designers and product managers in creating intuitive, valuable solutions.

After hours, you’ll find me working out or composing ambient, drone, and house music.

I’m a UX researcher with a background in ethnography and cultural anthropology. I got into this field out of deep curiosity and amazement about how people think, behave, and solve problems. So far, that sense of wonder is still here.

I mostly work on projects for LiveCareer and My Perfect Resume, making sure our products meet the needs of users worldwide. Understanding job seekers in local markets helps us tailor our career tools to their unique needs.

In my free time, I’m usually outdoors. I’m a lifelong hiker, a mountain guide, and, more recently, an avid road cyclist. And on a chill-out day, I’m just as happy going for a walk in the forest.

I’m a UX researcher with a background in cognitive science and recruiting, passionate about understanding people’s behavior and turning those insights into practical, human-centered experiences.

At work, I focus on more than just helping users build great resumes. I explore the entire job search journey to uncover what people really need along the way. That insight helps our team design solutions that guide users toward their goals with more clarity and less stress.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and planning memorable trips for my family. I’m also a proud cat mom, and I enjoy relaxing and playing with my two feline companions.

I’m a trained UX researcher and project manager with experience in both academia and industry. I hold a Master’s degree in applied experimental psychology with a focus on human factors and cybersecurity. During my undergraduate studies, I specialized in psychophysics and perception.

In my daily work, I conduct research for FlexJobs to help the product team understand our core users and design solutions that better meet their needs. 

In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking, golfing, and playing video games. I’m also an avid traveler—currently exploring the US in a fifth-wheel RV.

In my free time, I love to travel. I’m also a proud dog owner and often explore nearby forests with my two pups.
