International Customer Experience Department Summary
We consider Customer Experience as the intersection between business, marketing, technology, and UX. We have a robust product and marketing team, a team of makers and innovators who create seamless experiences for our users. They are responsible for product planning, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, roadmap, and working closely with UX and engineering to deliver winning products and marketing solutions.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our customer experience team at BOLD with the task of helping job seekers discover our products and use them to easily create high-quality, personalized, and professional resumes and cover letters.
A big part of the job will include partnering with acquisition managers, customer support, localization, product managers and engineering across multiple locations to secure user adoption to conversion rate, increase retention and lifetime value, analyze market opportunities and trends, communicate with customers and, ultimately, drive product decisions to create customer value.
Requirements
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and improving marketing-related pages and assets – like product landing pages.

Supervising marketing and acquisition efforts and campaigns.

Orchestrating A/B testing of new features, ideas and solutions.

Overseeing the delivery of onsite marketing copy, landing pages and videos while collaborating with UX/UI and creative.

Partnering with design and research teams to develop and execute marketing project roadmaps, timelines and agreed upon deliverables.

Partnering with existing product marketers and product managers to develop the brand strategy and oversee at a high-level execution across digital channels (SEM, SEO, Affiliate, Social etc.).

Ownership of the consumer/customer within your market and products and ability to translate consumer needs & expectations into actionable initiatives or improvements.

Improving core top of the funnel performance metrics including CPAs, CTRs, CVRs.

Owning end to end data to identify growth opportunities and deliver results.

Analyzing market, customer, product data to generate innovative ‘breakout’ product marketing strategies by country and country customer segments and execute on them.
You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:
-
2+ years’ experience in a B2C online marketing / product marketing position (responsibility for a revenue generating line in ecommerce or subscription business model is a plus)

Market Research: industry news and general technology trends awareness; ability to translate them into POVs, share with product and business teams, devise ways to assimilate trends internally.

Experience collaborating with multiple departments on launching to customers, prospects.

Proven track record in generating compelling and easy-to-understand product marketing content that will illuminate product benefits to customers and enhance customer experience.

Analytical, quantitative mindset – Excel doesn’t scare you in the slightest. Data-driven, results-oriented, go-getter who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related liberal arts field.
Nice to haves:

A/B multivariate testing experience.

Successful quantifiable experience working across countries, cultures, communities, currencies, customs, language, localization, geographic locations and time zones.

Go-To-Market: experience crafting marketing-centric launch plans including messaging, communication channels, product tweaks, asset localization.

Competitive Analysis: perform continual assessment of competitive landscape, develop and refine competitive positioning.

Creative: someone who can develop groundbreaking ideas, output stunning creative, and collaborate with the copywriter to develop copy that nurtures and engages our fans across channels.
