BOLD offers an online, interactive CV-building tool as part of its services, which is made available to customers via subscription or one-off licence payments (“software as a service”).

BOLD has invested and continues to invest a significant amount of time and resources into improving its CV Builder to set it apart from the competition. BOLD’s CV Builder incorporates proprietary technology, which is covered by several patent and patent applications in the United States and around the world.

This internet posting is intended to provide notice under 35 U.S.C. §287 (a) and satisfy the virtual patent marking provisions of the America Invents Act and any other similar patent marking laws and regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.
