We are looking for a UX Writer II to develop new experiences for our resume building products. This position closely partners with our team of Product Managers, UX Designers, and UX Researchers to identify new opportunities and optimize existing experiences on a large portfolio of job seeker product solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing multiple concurrent, high-priority initiatives and thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

About this team
This position is part of BOLD's UX & Design department and will work directly with the Resume Builder product teams. This team works collaboratively to identify opportunities across top-of-funnel, core resume creation experiences, and our suite of premium tools, with an emphasis on solving unique user problems and growing our user base through A/B testing.
What you'll do
- Partner with PMs, UX, and other cross-functional teams to define content requirements and strategies that best achieve business goals.
- Shape content for multi-disciplinary projects including UX flows, subscription plans and pricing, marketing product entry points, and more.
- Collaborate daily with UX Designers on projects to ensure our content and design solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
- Develop clear, consistent nomenclature for tools and applications.
- Ensure all product messaging aligns with brand standards, accessibility standards, legal and compliance.
- Evaluate the usability of new and existing products, bringing user research in when needed, and provide constructive feedback.
- Support writing projects end to end, set milestones, reviews and manage multiple projects at once.
- Contribute to a BOLD-wide writing style guide supporting consistency across our jobs products and other bold products.
- Communicate writing and content choices and direction effectively for hand-off to portal product teams and to senior leadership.
What you'll need
- 2 - 5 years of experience with UX, technical, or marketing writing (preferably for a high-traffic, consumer-facing website).
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered copy and content solutions.
- Ability to effectively work across multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities.
- Interest in driving product growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and product optimizations.

Starting pay range
Pay Transparency
Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change.
