We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join the Operations team at BOLD. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and supporting our teams in Poland. We need someone who can efficiently handle office management in Warsaw, coordinate events, and assist with various projects, ultimately contributing to our mission of helping millions of job seekers improve their careers and lives.

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Providing general administrative support, ensuring proper circulation of documents and correspondence.
  • Cooperating with other departments, especially Legal, Finance, and HR.
  • Coordinating tasks related to our office in Warsaw. 
  • Supporting the organization of team and company integrations.
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks daily.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Reside in Warsaw, as our office is located here. We need you to be able to work from the office once a week and support us during some events held in the office.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in an international environment or a similar position (reception, office coordinator).
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and Polish.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive).
  • A positive attitude and the ability to establish relationships with local colleagues and those working in other offices.
  • The ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality.

 

WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE

  • Experience in any email marketing and automation platform.

 

About This Team

The Operations team at BOLD ensures that operational activities remain on time and within budget. We increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity, maintain constant communication with managers, teammates,
and vendors to ensure proper company operations. Last but not least- we organize the best company and team events!

How do we work?

  • We have daily team meetings.
  • Our reference point is individual OKRTs (Objectives, Key Results, Tasks), which we plan every quarter.
  • We regularly meet with the team leader to discuss progress, plans, and development opportunities—this is the time for you!
  • Every 6 months, during the performance review, we discuss the two previous quarters. We have the opportunity to evaluate not only our work but also the work of our leader.

Salary Range

5000 - 6600 PLN gross

This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
