ABOUT THIS TEAM
The AI Technology Team within our Product Technology Group serves as BOLD’s internal incubator for applied AI, leveraging the latest large-language models to tackle our most complex challenges.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Implement multi-step agentic workflows that leverage reasoning, self-reflection, and adaptive execution strategies
- Design and refine prompts to optimize LLM outputs for accuracy, coherence, and efficiency
- Work with LLM APIs and fine-tuned models to enhance automation efficiency
- Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and memory-augmented architectures to improve long-term adaptability
- Explore NLP techniques, embeddings, and data-driven optimizations to improve system performance
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI products & features
- Develop model evaluation strategies to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness
- Rise above the details to understand broader issues and implications for BOLD at large
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or other related engineering branches
- 3-5 years of experience
- Expert knowledge in Python and hands-on experience with LLMs
- Familiarity with multi-modal models (vision + text) for broader reasoning capabilities
- Experience with prompt chaining, few-shot learning, and adaptive prompt strategies to improve LLM performance
- Experience with retrieval augmented generation, vector databases, and embedding strategies
- Experience with software stack components, including common programming languages, back-end technologies, database modelling, continuous integration, services-oriented architecture, software testability, etc.
- Langchain, LangGraph and/or Llamaindex
- Deep intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving complex problem
WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience with Playwright or other web automation frameworks
- Knowledge and experience using statistical and machine learning algorithms, including regression, instance-based learning, decision trees, Bayesian statistics, clustering, neural networks, deep learning, ensemble methods
- Experience in feature selection, and building classifiers models
- Knowledge of self-hosted models, fine-tuning techniques, and LoRA adapters
- Exposure to reinforcement learning and autonomous agent training
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure and platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Experience using tools to deploy models into the production environment such as Jenkins
