Content Editor, AI
We are looking for a Content Editor, AI to join our content team. You will play a critical role in developing and optimizing prompts for our AI-powered resume-generation tools. You will work closely with our content writers, product managers, and engineers to develop prompts and review output across a wide range of resume products. Quality, speed, and efficiency will be essential performance metrics.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position works with the Content Data and Development Team. We work closely with partner teams including Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Localization, and the front-end Product/Portal teams. Our team focuses largely on the backend (the linguistic structures and data, the content users can choose to populate their resumes and cover letters, and the A/B/ testing and content delivery).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Execute the content strategy with a combination of human curation and generative AI tools
• Define and gather requirements and generate new ideas for AI content generation
• Analyze and leverage data to drive AI projects and strategies, evaluate outputs, and refine quality
• Generate, test, and refine prompts for a variety of functions and projects
• Create sample AI content for POC and project needs
• Provide input and solutions to help solve strategy, quality, and scalability challenges
• Create and maintain quality review processes
• Document and implement best practices for AI content generation and review
• Advise leadership, legal, and other stakeholders on AI content practices
• Maintain archive of prompt work
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles and best practices in creating content with generative AI
- Strong background in writing and editing (3+ years in editorial management or content creation)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a distributed / remote team
- Experience in a fast-paced B2C work environment
- Experience working with product managers
- Attention to detail and customer obsession
- Experience analyzing content performance data and creating data-based action items
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in one or more non-English languages
WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE
• Degree in computer science or related technical field
• 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or career services
• Professional experience writing resumes and cover letters
• 1+ years of experience using generative AI and LLMs to create content
• Experience developing and evaluating AI models
• Experience creating, implementing, and maintaining a QA process
