We are seeking a hands-on Director, Global Product Content who will lead content efforts for new Generative AI initiatives and manage in-product content experiences across multiple product lines and businesses. In this role, you will scale content development and ensure content quality across several languages, using large language models (LLMs) and human capital. Your team's success will be measured by achieving revenue and engagement goals, in addition to meeting coverage and quality objectives. Reporting to the VP of Content Data and Development, you will partner with teams in data, engineering, data science and product management to create content experiences that reach the highest levels of user engagement and satisfaction. 

You will also lead strategic efforts focusing on LLMs–prototyping innovative solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and enhance AI content capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Product Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global product content strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives, bringing expertise in LLMs to scale content development and boost R&D for future advancements.
  • Roadmap and Execution Management: Define roadmap and manage execution and partnership with product teams to meet business goals and OKRs,  actively prioritizing based on changing performance data, internal organizational dependencies and external market factors. 
  • Content Quality and Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics to monitor and continuously improve content quality and performance. Determine objectives for coverage, quality, relevance, efficiency and compliance and develop methods to score and measure content performance to support machine learning and model training. 
  • AI deployment & Experimentation: Leverage AI models, test/experiment, and iterate to build AI features that enhance efficiency, quality and relevance of content experiences.
  • Build and lead the Global Content Development Team: Manage the entire content life cycle from a process and people perspective including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, developing, and managing performance.
  • Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with platform, data, and  product teams to ensure strategic alignment, process acceptance and discovery and delivery accountabilities.
  • Program Management and Budgeting: Manage resource allocation, operational costs, dependencies, issue resolution to deliver business and user value.

What you'll need

  • 10+ years hands-on experience in international content management (e.g. SEO, Localization), product management and/or data/content engineering.
  • 5+ years experience leading, managing and growing multiple high-performing teams in various languages. 
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AI, including NLP, LLM, NLU, ML. 
  • 5+ years experience in a corporate technology environment with working knowledge of SDLC, agile and lean methodologies. Some start-up experience is preferred. 
  • Track record of delivering against OKRs and measurable business results. Experience using analytics to drive decisions and performance
  • Experience setting up quality feedback loops and scoring mechanisms to improve content development 
  • Program and process management experience, organizing multiple action plans within multiple functions

What's good to have

  • Proficiency in one or more languages, other than English 
  • Previous experience in the job search, recruitment or human capital industry (strongly preferred)

Salary & Eligibility

Starting Pay Range

$154,000183,000 USD

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.
