We are the Polish branch of the BOLD group, building the largest career websites in the world since 2005 with our colleagues in San Francisco, Puerto Rico, and India. Our products, intended to help people find and kick-start their dream careers, draw in over 20,000,000 visitors a month and have been featured in The Guardian, Forbes, and The Financial Times.

You will support our HR Team at BOLD. We manage the whole employee lifecycle: from attracting candidates & recruitment to onboarding, employee retention, and people development. We have an amazing team, where we value honest communication and feedback, high personal ownership of projects, and an impactful approach to solving problems.
Requirements
How do we work?

We have daily team meetings.

Our point of reference is Jira and individual OKRTs (Objectives, Key Results, Tasks), which we plan every quarter.

We have regular meetings with the team leader where we talk about progress, plans, and development opportunities – this is the time for you!

Every 6 months, during the performance review, we discuss the two previous quarters. We have the opportunity to evaluate not only our work but also the work of our leader.
Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and implementing a long-term EB strategy, and social media campaigns.

Being in charge of job boards, including publishing advertisements, contacting account managers, and taking care of our company’s profile.

Creating templates and content used on job boards, social media, and various sites.

Cooperation with the US office.

Taking care of our internal and external communication.
-
Analyzing the success of your activities and making data-driven decisions.

Supporting and attending internal and external company events.
You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:

Proficiency in Polish and English, both spoken and written.

Previous experience developing employer brand strategies alongside recruiting and/or growth departments.

Hands-on experience in event planning, budgeting, and organizing.

Extensive insight into various job portals and knowledge on where diverse talents can be found.

A partnering mindset, to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Experience in brand promotion on social media.

Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives.
