Our HR Team at BOLD manages the whole employee lifecycle: from attracting candidates & recruitment to onboarding, employee retention, and people development. We have an amazing team, where we value honest communication and feedback, high personal ownership of projects, and an impactful approach to solving problems. Although we are not a startup anymore, we are setting ourselves challenging quarterly goals and value high quality of delivered services.
Your role will be crucial in maintaining high quality of HR operations and seamless HR processes.
How do we work?

We have regular team meetings.

Our point of reference is individual OKRTs (Objectives, Key Results, Tasks), which we plan every quarter.

We have regular meetings with the team leader where we talk about progress, plans, and development opportunities – this is the time for you!

Every 6 months, during the performance review, we discuss the two previous quarters. We have the opportunity to evaluate not only our work, but also the work of our leader.
You will learn how to:

Manage a diverse range of tasks related to the employee lifecycle.

Manage HR documentation at a high-quality level.
Requirements
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Provide administrative assistance for maintaining employees personal files and documents.
-
Provide administrative assistance for onboarding and offboarding process in the company.
-
Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments to provide payroll and accounting team with accurate eligibility information.

Driving data accuracy, quality, report errors and suggest solutions.

Identify opportunities to improve HR Operations processes and participate in continuous improvement projects.
You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:

Willingness to learn and develop in HR Ops and Administration matters.

Strong organizational and planning skills.
-
High attention to details.
-
Openness to optimize repetitive tasks and routines.
-
Hands-on approach to solving problems.

Knowledge of Polish at the native level.

Min. upper intermediate level of English (B2).

Familiarity with the Google tools (docs, sheets, mail).
Nice to haves:

Experience in a similar HR or administrative position.

Basic knowledge of labor law regulations.

Educational background related to Administration or HR Operations.

What do we offer?

Flexible working hours – we have no problem if you prefer to work early in the morning or start work at noon – you decide for yourself. We work the way we want to achieve the best results. The only thing you need to remember is to attend the obligatory meetings. Due to the nature of this job, we require you to work from the office (based in the center of Warsaw) 4-5 days per month. You decide which ones.
