BOLD is seeking for JIRA Admin who will provide quality system admin support for Jira, Confluence, and associated plug-ins, integrations including metrics reporting. Manage upgrades, patches, availability and performance of Jira, along with installed Atlassian marketplace add-ons.

ABOUT THIS TEAM

This position works within the engineering team to build new features, portals, products, content rich web pages, high quality SEO/ SEM pages, high quality and performant webapps. This tear enables personalized product experiences for our customers across the globe. Currently we support 6 languages and we plan to add more. We have built a content recommendation system that powers multiple products in over 250+ countries across all types of jobs and industries-from cashiers to nurses, teachers to graphic designers, construction workers to executives and beyond.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Addressing any jira access, custom implementation related request.
  • Creating the needed jira based reports/ dashboards etc. 
  • Reviewing the current setup and cleaning up the space (duplicity, redundant elements etc.) where applicable
  • Auditing and adherence to internal set standards etc. across the board. 
  • New features and opportunities offered by jira as a tool and performing POCs on them with an objective to bring in efficiencies.
  •  Auditing our system to ensure the industry best practices are being followed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Experience in managing multiple projects, boards and stakeholders on jira.
  • Experience in doing complex, mid to large size project implementations.
  • Experience in managing the cloud version of jira
  • Experience in third party free plugins (like jira cloud for sheets etc.), custom component integrations with jira.
  • Experience in building quick, data heavy reports in or from jira.
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, implement and adhere to optimal processes, ensuring uniform implementation with maximum re-usability.
  • In depth hands-on around key components like projects, workflows, schemas (screen, workflow, issue, field etc.), custom fields, groups etc.
  • Hands-on experience on automation for jira and webhook creation and implementations
  • Hands-on experience on jira cloud APIs
  • Exposure to workspace and access management on confluence
  • Exposure to confluence macros.
