We need your help to optimize the current landing pages using UX methods. We are opening a completely new role to cover product processes at the beginning of the funnel in cooperation with the Content department responsible for SEO. 

This is an ideal opportunity for Junior UX/UI Designers who want to deepen their knowledge and gain experience under the guidance of an experienced design team.

You will have the opportunity to learn and participate in the development of our resume builder. And in the future, your responsibilities in this area will be expanded.

You will learn how to:

  • Properly use our tools.

  • Develop hard and also soft skills.

  • Work on brands with millions of users.

  • Learn about UX and UI design processes. Find out how different theories work in practice and gain invaluable experience.

  • Decide whether a hypothesis is good or not.

  • Combine design and SEO.

  • And finally, how to design better, adjusting more to the needs of users.

  • As a member of the Product Team, you will be able to learn about SaaS product principles and actively participate in their development.

Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking care of the UX/UI at the most important part of the user path – the top of the funnel. You will have an influence on the most crucial first landing pages that our user interacts with.

  • On behalf of Product, you will work with the Content and SEO teams, taking part in syncs or workshops as well.

  • Working with the product team and occasionally taking part in our activities.

  • Working on specific projects such as Zety and ResumeLab, including international versions.

  • Taking care of infographics and assets for international brands (easy-peasy, not frequently).

  • Benchmarking and auditing selected Landing Pages.

  • Providing specifications for web development to create A/B tests.

  • Conducting moderated or unmoderated user tests.

  • Redesigning responsive landing pages using UX methods and processes.

You’ll be a perfect fit if:

  • You know the UX process practically.

  • Have 1 year of experience as a UX/UI Designer. If you have a little bit of experience, just let us know.

  • Have experience with user testing.

  • You have knowledge of Figma.

  • You have very good English and Polish skills in both speaking and writing.

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of how to work with Landing Pages and how to design for SEO.

  • Experience in working with web developers.

  • Figma – our main tool, embedded in our DNA

  • Axure – for testing the most advanced mockups and ideas

  • TryMyUI – for the unmoderated and moderated user testing

  • Miro – our forge of ideas, workshops or flexible tracking

  • HotJar – yes, but not for recordings 😀

  • FullStory – yeah, this is a good tool for analyzing the user behavior

  • Mixpanel – the most powerful analytical tool on the market

  • AP Experiments! – our powerful tool for A/B Testing. We love to experiment!

  • Google Analytics – to extend our knowledge about SEM and SEO

  • Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) – for tracking and documentation purposes

  • Slack – without it, our communication would not be easy

  • A lot of brain and empathy to discover our users’ needs

  • Pencil and paper 🙂

  • Equipment and Internet Program – the company reimburses the Internet expenses and one-time equipment purchase to make your work comfortable when we work remotely (additional to a laptop and necessary accessories we provide all employees with by default).
