Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Optimize existing marketing automation campaigns.
  • Implement new, international marketing automation programs and campaigns.
  • Introduce new channels and touchpoints to communicate with customers.
  • Own cross-team, cross-office projects.
  • Execute and develop our newsletters.
  • Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Proactively benchmark competitors as well as best-of-breed SaaS industry email campaigns.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • At least B2 in English and Polish.
  • At least 1,5 years of professional experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Email marketing knowledge and best practices.
  • Track record of projects with the use of marketing automation and e-mail marketing.
  • Self-driven approach, high autonomy in assigned tasks, goal orientation.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Customer instinct.
  • Accuracy and a great eye for detail. 
  • Strong research skills.
  • Basic understanding of email technical issues.
  • Prioritize, plan work activities, use time efficiently, and monitor your own work to ensure quality.
  • Manage competing demands and changes in the work environment.

You will learn how to:

  • Optimize the CVR of your automated journeys.
  • Master A/B testing process - we are conducting dozens of tests simultaneously.
  • Working on multiple brands and marketing automation projects - every team member has their own portfolio. 
  • Manage complex marketing automation projects, working with internal and external stakeholders.

 

What We Do:

Our core work includes enhancing conversion rate optimization (CVR), A/B testing, maintaining diverse brand portfolios, handling complex project management, and providing ongoing development opportunities.

 

Technologies/tools we use:

  • Iterable for marketing automation
  • Microstrategy, Sisense, and Google Analytics for reporting
  • Google Postmaster, Message Bird for deliverability monitoring
  • Work management and communication: Jira, Slack, Zoom, Google Workplace

This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
