Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate across teams to plan and launch high-quality user experiences.
  • Identify areas for improvement and translate them into prioritized product roadmaps.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and gather customer insights to inform product strategy.
  • Define and document product requirements and support feature design and refinement.
  • Manage product backlogs and support testing, validation, and feedback loops.
  • Partner with analytics to track performance and success metrics for new features.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • At lest 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to create and drive product roadmaps from concept to execution.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools.
  • Ability to translate research and data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of emerging trends, including knowledge of AI digital product development and LLM prompting.

WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with B2C digital products.
  • Experience working on international or cross-cultural teams.

About This Team

As a Product Manager at BOLD, you'll work at the intersection of user experience, technology, and business impact, helping job seekers make the most of our tools and features to accelerate their job search.

This is an international, cross-functional role where you'll collaborate with Engineering, UX Design, Localization, Analytics, and other Product Managers to enhance and scale resume-building and career-supporting features.

Salary & Eligibility

Pay Range

13 500 - 19 000 PLN gross, Employment Agreement (Umowa o Pracę)

Location

This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
