Program Manager, Marketing
The Program Manager, Marketing will collaborate closely with the marketing team, Engineering Managers, and other members of the Engineering team to ensure seamless implementation of marketing solutions. This role will predominantly focus on supporting the marketing team for Search Engine Optimization, enhancing overall usability, optimizing information presentation, and refining processes. Candidates should demonstrate maturity, responsibility, hands-on team management experience, and exceptional communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THIS TEAM
This position works within the engineering team to build new features, portals, products, content rich web pages, high quality SEO/ SEM pages, high quality and performant webapps. This tear enables personalized product experiences for our customers across the globe. Currently we support 6 languages and we plan to add more. We have built a content recommendation system that powers multiple products in over 250+ countries across all types of jobs and industries-from cashiers to nurses, teachers to graphic designers, construction workers to executives and beyond.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Works with various Engineering teams to track the progress and other challenges they are facing.
- Collaborate with various Engineering teams to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Partner with Marketing Leaders to understand upcoming initiatives and ensure seamless delivery.
- Thrive in meeting aggressive deadlines under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with meticulous attention to detail throughout the development lifecycle.
- Exhibit strong professional expertise and leadership skills, capable of making decisive decisions.
- Demonstrate a track record of planning, executing, and implementing high-quality software projects.
- Proactively identify and mitigate issues and challenges, developing effective strategies.
- Analyze, assess, and mitigate program risks, generating comprehensive reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Uphold organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
- Supervise multiple project teams, ensuring the achievement of program goals.
