The INTL Content Team enables personalized product experiences by providing innovative content and data capabilities to address the needs of our customers across the globe. Currently, we support 6 languages and we plan to add more in 2023. We have built a content recommendation system that powers multiple products across all types of jobs and industries – from cashiers to nurses, teachers to graphic designers, construction workers to executives, and beyond.
We are looking for a Product Manager who will work directly with our INTL Content and Product Teams to create amazing content experiences for our global customers. You will analyze data and analytics across multiple markets to determine our biggest opportunities. You will define requirements and partner with product managers, content experts, data scientists, and engineers to develop unique solutions that balance automation, machine, and human curation. You will develop prototypes for discovery as well as scale features to cover additional languages and markets.

Requirements
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Define and lead execution for the INTL Content Delivery roadmap to meet Bold’s business objectives and key results.

Analyze and interpret performance data and analytics (front-end events, transactional data, financial reports, and market research) to formulate hypotheses, assess opportunities and determine actions.

Write requirements including user stories, functional specs, and workflows for developing new content and data features.

Collaborate with a distributed team across several different locales, including time zones in the United States, Europe, and India.

Support sprint planning and prioritization. Coordinate testing plans, and communicate dependencies with content, data, product, and engineering teams.

Create value for our customers by identifying customer problems, quality issues, drop-offs, gaps, underserved users, and areas where our experience could be improved.
You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:
-
3+ years of Product Management experience at a technology company, preferably a global B2C business.

Linguistic background and/or passion for content and love of language. Has high standards and attention to detail when it comes to the written word.

Fluency in English.

Foreign language proficiency in both oral and written skills in at least one European language (in addition to English), such as French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, or Polish.

Strong data analysis skills – experience using data from a variety of reports and dashboards like MS Excel, Microstrategy, and Sisense. Able to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and come up with thoughtful, balanced conclusions.

Track record of working successfully with a distributed team and a remote development team. Requires meeting 2-4 hours per week with colleagues in India.

Working knowledge of Scrum/Agile development methodologies as well as Lean Discovery frameworks.

Comfortable gathering and documenting functional requirements that meet customer goals, specifically designing APIs and ensuring quality and release readiness.

Exceptional communication skills, ability to translate between cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented, takes ownership and initiative, driving projects toward success.
Nice to haves:

Experience in the human capital industry, recruiting or educational technology is strongly preferred.

Experience with machine learning and data science models and/or natural language processing.

Experience working alongside localization and internationalization teams.
