We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Jobs pillar team at BOLD. In this role, you will ship products and services that transform the lives of job seekers around the world. You will own the day-to-day improvements, experimentation, feature development and revenue driving growth initiatives for the business. This is a remote role, working based in Puerto Rico.

ABOUT THIS TEAM

The Jobs team builds products to help job seekers find their perfect job, especially when it comes to remote work, WFH and flexible jobs. Our mission is to provide best-in-class tools that drive the best outcomes for our customers and long-term value for our brand.

This role is specifically for our ExperApply product. ExpertApply is our AI-powered job search automation product which continuously finds and applies to relevant job openings based on a candidate’s profile.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive adoption and retention for the ExpertApply product
  • Take a mobile first lens and focus on improving the mobile experience as well as the mobile KPIs
  • Leverage job alert emails to drive adoption and retention for ExpertApply users
  • Collaborate with our email marketing team to A/B test different emails on copy, frequency, content, etc
  • Take a deep look at our current application funnel and how to optimize it
  • Drive the launch of a mobile App down the line
  • Constantly push the ExpertApply product forward through experimentation, user-research, product insights and data
  • Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage.
  • On-going A/B Testing and analysis of the product.
  • Develop and deliver an impactful product roadmap along with the product leadership team.
  • Work directly with Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, User Experience Design, and User Research to achieve business goals.
  • Design, run, and interpret experiments as a routine component of shipping and measuring impactful product experiences.
  • Analyze data and interpret qualitative research to inform your product strategy and roadmap.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with a consumer facing product.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategy, product planning, development, and ship the highest quality products.
  • Possess a solid understanding of technology stacks and level of effort involved in order to be able to make right decisions.
  • Integrate usability and research to develop product features.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Excellent collaboration and team building skills. History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Demonstrated success in taking a data driven approach and delivering impactful business results.
  • Knowledge of A/B test design and interpretation.
  • Ability to construct, interpret, and act upon quantitative metrics.
  • Determination to iteratively build and optimize products to achieve user and business goals.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex insights.

WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technology related field
  • Experience with a subscription based B2C product.
  • Experience with products in the jobs / job search space.
  • Experience with AI products.
  • Experience working remotely with global teams across a variety of time zones.
  • Knowledge of the jobs industry, remote work, and flexible employment options, with an understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Salary & Eligibility

Starting pay range

$125,000$165,000 USD

Pay Transparency

Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.
