Job description

We are the Polish branch of the BOLD group, building the largest career websites in the world since 2005 with our colleagues in San Francisco, Puerto Rico, and India. Our products, intended to help people find and kick-start their dream careers, draw in over 20,000,000 visitors a month and have been featured in The Guardian, Forbes, and The Financial Times.

How do we work?

  • We have daily team meetings.

  • Our point of reference are OKRTs (Objectives, Key Results, Tasks), which we plan every quarter.

  • We have regular meetings with the team leader where we talk about progress, plans, and development opportunities – this is the time for you!

  • Every 6 months, during the performance review, we discuss the two previous quarters. We have the opportunity to evaluate not only our work but also the work of our leader.

You will learn how to:

  • Use tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.

  • Do SEO optimization.

  • You will have an opportunity to learn the basics of JS, R, Photoshop, Figma, and A/B Testing.

Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Publishing and managing our content (articles, blog posts) in Content Management System

  • Working on templates and specifications

  • Update and maintain the existing webpages

  • SEO optimization of published articles

  • Cooperation with other teams (Content, SEO, Web, Design, QA, Development)

  • Keywords research

  • Creating simple graphics

  • Posting graphics

You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:

  • Experience in CMS platforms such as WordPress

  • Good English skills (at least B2)

  • Great organizational skills, ability to prioritize your tasks

  • Details orientation

  • Communication skills

  • Flexibility

  • Resistance to repetitive tasks

  • Initiative to look for new solutions

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS

Nice to haves:

  • SEO knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of JS

  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Figma

Technologies/tools we use:

  • Ahrefs

  • Screaming Frog

  • HTML, CSS, JS

  • Jira

  • Confluence
