We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join the Accounting team at BOLD. In this role, you will support core accounting operations, including invoice processing, month-end close activities, and financial record maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Downloading bank statements, posting entry journal records, and reconciling bank balances with the general ledger.
- Being responsible for credit card settlements, accounting records, and reconciliation.
- Being responsible for the B2B invoices booking records.
- Preparation of the monthly payroll journal.
- Verifying data from the benefit platform.
- Participating in the month-end close (prepaids, fixed assets, depreciation, accruals) with the Accounting department.
- Taking care of the correct circulation of invoices, their correctness, entering them in the accounting records, and processing them for payment.
- Managing Concur reports and cooperating with its users.
- VAT comparison with Concur.
- Keeping records and preparing reports.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 1-2 years of similar experience as a Staff Accountant.
- You have an Accounting degree.
- Good English skills (at least B2).
- Native-level Polish.
- You know what a financial statement, balance sheet, profit and loss account is.
- You like working in Excel.
- You are characterized by high accuracy and inquisitiveness.
- You can find errors by yourself.
- You like working with finances.
WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE
- An experience in Accounting (Comarch, Netsuite).
- Ability to visit an office 1-2 days per month.

Pay Range
7600 - 9100 PLN gross, Employment Agreement (Umowa o Pracę)

This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
