BOLD is seeking for Technical Professional who will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day technical customer queries and issues. This person will work with cross-functional teams especially Customer service and Development Teams
ABOUT THIS TEAM
BOLD Platform services team design, create, manage and maintain the highly scalable and distributed services for the wider use of web and mobile product applications/portals/websites. Current list of services are based on Microservices architecture whose domain ranges from visitor tracking, User profiles, authentication, content and payments.
Platform team uses state of the art modern technologies like .Net framework, Python, Java, SQL Server, My SQL, Graph DB, SOLR, and a lot of other tools & technologies serving millions of users with hundreds of million transactions everyday through a scalable and fault tolerant architecture.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
● SQL scripting
● Bug identification and analysis as the first point of contact
● Front-end & back-end troubleshooting
● Provide resolution with front end and back end fixes- on database and on associated customers’ accounts·
● Communicate with different teams and involve them in a resolution
● Analyze charges on customer accounts.
● Work with engineering teams for the problems faced by the customers.
● Analyze Transactional data on the Payment Gateways
● Should work as an advocate for customers/users. Work as a customer representative instead of a company representative.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● Knowledge of internet and web applications
● Quick learning and comprehending abilities
● Task-oriented
● Good team Player
● Working knowledge of SQL
● Problem-solving skills.
● Knowledge of eCommerce, any CRM tool, Ticketing tool will be preferred
● An idea about the payment processing through payment processors.
● Should have worked with geographically distributed teams
● Should have an idea of modern application architecture e.g. microservices
● An idea about agile methodologies
WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE:
- Experience in .Net core, SQL Server & Azure
- Versed in Agile methodology
- Sees things through - takes responsibility from workstation to production
- Good written/spoken English.
