Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • New landing page implementation.
  • Providing support in creating and developing websites for various brands (e.g. InterviewMe.pl, Zety.com, ResumeLab.com, LiveCareer).
  • Monitoring and optimization performance and SEO of websites.
  • Implement new features to the CMS.
  • Code reviews.
  • Research and implementation of new technologies.
  • Participation in dailies, plannings, retrospectives & refinements.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 3+ years of Web Development experience.
  • Great knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Astro, React, and TypeScript.
  • Sense of aesthetics, pixel-perfect approach, strive for consistency both in UI/UX.
  • Strong understanding of cross-browser support and performance best practices.
  • Very strong learning capabilities, self-driven approach, and high autonomy in assigned tasks.
  • Good Polish and English skills in both speaking and writing.

 

WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of GraphQl, Node.js & Express.
  • Experience with Vitest or React Testing Library.
  • Previous experience with  Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence & Bitbucket).
  • Some knowledge of template engine frameworks (Nunjucks).
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment.

 

About This Team

Our Web Development team comprises 8 members, including a Team Leader, 2 Senior Web Developers, 4 Regular Web Developers, and 1 Junior Web Developer. Operating in Agile with 1-week sprints, we align our efforts with individual OKRTs every quarter for clear direction and progress tracking. Your responsibilities will include implementing new landing pages and contributing to developing websites for our brands.

Technologies/tools we use:

  • Astro, React & TypeScript: building efficient user interfaces for our web applications.
  • Git: Version control and collaboration for efficient code management.
  • Node.js with Express: Powering our server-side environment.
  • Nunjucks: Streamlining our templating processes [legacy - that’s what we’re in the process of moving away from].
  • HTML & (S)CSS & JavaScript: obviously.

Salary Range

9 600 - 11 600 PLN gross

This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
