Christine has 25 years of Human Resources experience for a number of high-profile organizations. Prior to joining BOLD, she worked with the high-growth, game-changing company TriNet, where she scaled a 300-person organization to a 3000-person organization in 8 years. Previously, Christine was Director of Human Resources at Kia Motors, where she led all HR and corporate services programs, and championed new performance compensation and sourcing operations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and prides herself in her ability to translate business strategy into people strategy.
Chief Marketing Officer
A seasoned and passionate executive, Dawn has more than 25 years of experience working with companies ranging in size from startups to the Fortune 100. Prior to spearheading the marketing charge at BOLD, she was Group Vice President at SAP, where she held various executive product and marketing roles. Early in her career, Dawn co-founded Select Systems, which was acquired by Tectura Corporation (now UXC Eclipse). Dawn studied accounting at the University of Illinois in Chicago and obtained her BS in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University. She is a graduate of the Stanford University GSB Executive Education Program where she received a certificate in Strategic Marketing Management. When she’s not perfecting marketing plans or streamlining operational initiatives, she’s advocating for women in business, taking photographs of anything and everything, and spending time with her friends and family.
Doug co-founded the company to help give people the career and educational tools they need to change their lives for the better. A former Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Monster Worldwide and a leading entrepreneur in the fields of online marketing, career management, and product development, Doug holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from Stanford University. When he’s not busy building BOLD into the world’s premier destination for transforming work lives, you might find Doug building treehouses or making hard cider.
Chief Financial Officer
Heather brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, financial, and operational experience to BOLD. Prior to joining the company, Heather held various C-Level and executive positions in the US and Europe, most recently as a founding Managing Director and CCO for ViewPartners, a boutique investment bank specializing in TMT transactions, and previously as Executive Vice President at Screenvision, responsible for M&A and technology. As Managing Director and CFO of BOLD HQ, Heather directs the financial, legal, and corporate operations for the global group. Heather spends her days building the business through strategic advisory, financial planning, and optimized corporate structures. Heather holds a BA in Economics from San Diego State University and a Certificate from the Executive Program of Negotiation from Harvard University. Since spearheading the BOLD move to San Juan, Heather and her family have immersed themselves in the local Puerto Rican culture, enjoying the sunny beaches, top restaurants, and up and coming art scene in Santurce.
Senior VP, Engineering & Head of Development
Himanshu, a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience in enterprise software development, heads BOLD's development center. He has been instrumental in developing the core technology platform for BOLD's suite of products and building a world class technology team. Prior to joining BOLD, Himanshu held executive leadership positions with Letsbuy, Nextag, ADP and Infosys. He holds a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. When he is not busy solving a technology problem, Himanshu can be found fooling around with his two kids, playing tennis, reading a book or catching a movie.
Jamie co-founded the company in 2004 with a vision to help people discover their career passions, find jobs, and improve their lives. Jamie has over 20 years of experience in marketing and managing innovative online businesses and products. He is a former Vice President at Monster Worldwide and CEO of SIMPATIX, a recruitment management software company sold to Monster in 2000. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. When he’s not helping jobseekers to achieve their career goals or aiding companies in finding quality employees, Jamie enjoys scuba diving, squash, yoga, and spending time with his wife and two boys.
VP, Employer Products
An accomplished technology executive with over 20 years experience and senior global roles in both public and private companies, Nathan is responsible for directing BOLD’s Employer product line strategy. Previously, he was Senior Director and General Manager for EMC Ionix, a portfolio of software applications that were generating nearly $1 billion a year in annual revenue. He has sat on the Board of Directors and/or advised a number of private companies where he was instrumental in product strategy, raising of capital and international expansion. When he’s not pouring his energy into building a cutting-edge talent acquisition product from the ground up, he’s practicing martial arts (he holds black belts in five styles) and driving race cars.
Senior VP, Consumer Products
Shon is a seasoned operations executive focused on creating high-growth product lines and scalability within organizations. He has a successful track record of delivering award-winning products that make a positive impact on people's lives. Shon currently leads our product teams in their mission to develop solutions that will transform work lives for jobseekers and hiring leaders. Prior to joining BOLD, Shon held executive leadership positions with Yodlee, FICO, Credit.com and OneTechnologies. Shon holds a BA in Economics from Hartwick College, and is an alumni of the Stanford Graduate School of Business' Executive Education Program. Outside of the office, Shon loves trying to keep up with his three ballet-dancing, gymnastics-loving, couch-jumping daughters, and sharing his passion for travel.
Technical Founder & Board Member
An internet technology professional with nearly 20 years of experience, Ishmael serves in a strategic technology advisory role. Prior to this, Ishmael established our India development center and set up our technical architecture. Before BOLD, Ishmael directed technology for one of the first web-based applicant management and resume tracking systems for Simpatix, which later became part of Monster.com. He also worked as a financial services technology consultant in New York for Accenture. Ishmael is a graduate of Amherst College, where he studied Computer Science and Russian Literature.
