We process your data for recruitment purposes. Providing a certain scope of personal data, such as name and surname, date of birth, place of residence, education, and previous employment history, is a condition for participating in a recruitment process. Without sharing the necessary scope of data, we cannot conduct the recruitment process and consider your application. In the remaining scope, providing personal data is voluntary – we will process it based on your consent, expressed directly by applying for the job offer and sending application documents.
We will process your personal data gathered in connection with the recruitment process:
After submitting your application, your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to conduct the recruitment process, but no longer than 12 months or until you revoke your consent. After the open role is filled, we will store your data to secure potential claims until the statutory limitation period expires to avoid any disagreement between you and us. If you agree to participate in future recruitment processes, we will process your data until you revoke your consent, but no longer than 12 months.
As we form part of the BOLD Group, your data can be made available to the entities forming the BOLD Group (but only for the purposes of the recruitment process you are applying to). Your data may also be shared with providers of our external services, e.g., IT, software, legal, and accounting services, as well as with companies that support us during the recruitment processes and with a professional employment organization, if applicable. Your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) since we cooperate with suppliers from different countries. In any case of international data transfer, it will take place using adequate transfer mechanisms described in GDPR, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses or regulations approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate protection of personal data required by law.
You have the right to demand access to your data, rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority applicable to your jurisdiction if you consider that the processing of your data violates the law.
We will not make automated decisions for you at any point in the recruitment process, including decisions resulting from profiling.
During the recruitment process, you may be provided with confidential information about BOLD PL sp. z o.o. This information is disclosed solely for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for the position you applied for.
This confidentiality obligation remains in effect while the information provided to you is confidential to the BOLD Group, even if you are not ultimately offered cooperation with the Company. Violation of this confidentiality clause may result in legal action.
Your adherence to this confidentiality clause is essential in maintaining the trust and integrity of our recruitment process and our commitment to protecting sensitive information. By participating in the recruitment process, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to abide by the above terms.
